Nightingale Health is headquartered and publicly listed in Helsinki, with laboratories in Finland, Singapore, the UK, Japan, and the US. The Singapore-based team is small, requiring an agile, hands-on attitude.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Director, South East Asia, to advance and expand adoption of our disease risk detection test in the healthcare industry in South East Asia. The role is preferably based in Singapore.
Roles and responsibilities for a candidate:
As Commercial Director, you will work closely with our partner’s sales team to meet clients including healthcare, health insurance, and wellness providers. You will convince medical, operative, and business professionals about the value of our offering. Ultimate responsibilities include:
- Implementing required sales and marketing activities
- Achieving revenue targets in the SEA region
- Defining optimal growth strategy and product fit with Nightingale’s group management and partner’s management for the existing market such as health screenings
- Providing local support for the partner’s commercial team on matters related to Nightingale’s offering, supported by teams in Singapore and Helsinki
- Collaborating with partner’s commercial team to fine-tune sales messages and materials, prospect clients, meet and convince clients, and close deals
Candidate profile:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles in healthcare, health technology, or similar providers
- Target-driven entrepreneurial mindset with proven closing skills
- Capability to handle everyday customer interactions and develop commercial strategies
- Excellent social, people, and communication skills
- Motivated to pioneer in the health industry and adapt strategies to find optimal growth opportunities
