The company assures access and quality of care for neurologic conditions and seeks a full-time Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) who is mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities and Goals
You will report directly to the CTO and share coding and technical lead responsibilities, working with a tech stack including React Native for mobile apps, React for the frontend, Firebase/Google Cloud in Node.js for the backend, primarily using TypeScript.
In the first 3 months, you will learn the entire engineering stack and healthcare operations, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet patient needs through technology.
In the first 6 months, you will own components of the care-delivery infrastructure, develop tools to optimize clinical workflows, improve mobile products, and roadmap disease-specific features.
Within 1 year, you will be a key member of the engineering leadership team, partner with the operations team to enhance care delivery, and lead efforts to understand patient data for pragmatic clinical trials.
Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering experience, ideally full-stack
- Willingness to learn new technologies across the stack
- Ability to write understandable, testable, efficient code
- Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Empathetic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, results-oriented
Compensation
- Base salary range: $200,000 - $215,000
- Equity range: 0.1% to 0.3%
