Backed by $22M in funding, Neura partners with health systems and offers direct-to-patient services to reduce average wait times dramatically and improve patient outcomes across conditions such as chronic headaches, epilepsy, and memory disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and examine patients with neurological complaints; provide diagnoses and individualized care plans addressing diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and more.
- Review labs and imaging relevant to patient care.
- Provide regular follow-up appointments to adjust medications and treatment plans.
- Offer chat-based support to patients during difficult periods.
- Create educational content for the clinic’s blogs and content library.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), or board eligibility.
- Strong clinical skills: active listening, sound medical judgment, technical proficiency, and effective decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Licensure Requirements
- Willingness to obtain and maintain medical licenses in California, New York, and additional states via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) as requested.
- Neura will cover the cost of obtaining these licenses.
- Neura provides a one-time payment equivalent to four hours of compensation for completing additional state licensure paperwork if finished within one week of request.
Success Metrics
- Patient Experience & Clinical Quality: high patient satisfaction and consistent delivery of evidence-based care.
- Provider Availability: meets or exceeds availability and scheduling targets.
- Clinical Documentation: timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation meeting organizational standards.
- Care Coordination: near 100% completion of required handoff forms to ensure continuity of care.
Working at Neura
Location: Fully Remote (US). Schedule: Full-time with 40+ patient-facing hours plus approximately 10 hours of administrative time per week. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, equity options, flexible time off, a learning & development stipend, a $500 annual CME stipend after six months, and a competitive compensation range.
Compensation
Compensation Range: $325,000 - $375,000 (USD).
