Role Overview
We are seeking an advisor experienced in evidence-based treatment of dementia who is empathetic, collaborative, and mission-driven. This advisor will help shape Neura's dementia care offering and may evaluate patients in future quarters.
- Develop medical guidelines for our dementia care offering
- Own and create content for our dementia product: intake forms, care plans, and more
- Develop outcomes dashboards
- In future quarters, evaluate and examine patients
Requirements
- MD or DO
- ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Leadership experience in behavioral neurology/dementia care
- Interest in telehealth dementia care and product development
- Strong soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership
- Culture fit: empathic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, and results-oriented
Time Commitment
- Expected 10-15 hours per month for the first 3 months
