Nest Health is a whole-family primary care practice that delivers in-home and virtual care for parents, children, and teens. We combine primary care, pediatrics, behavioral and mental health, prenatal and urgent care to make healthcare convenient and accessible for families, especially those covered by participating Medicaid-managed health plans.
Mission & Care Model
Our mission is to remove barriers to quality care by bringing personalized, relationship-based services directly to the home and online. We provide 24/7 access, evening and weekend appointments, same- and next-day visits, and coordinated care so multiple family members can be seen in a single visit.
Who we serve
Nest focuses on families and expecting parents, partnering with health plans to offer services at no additional cost to eligible members. The organization started in New Orleans and now serves additional locations including Baton Rouge and select counties in Arizona while expanding through value-based partnerships.
