Responsibilities
In this role you will work across technical components and teams with a focus on Marketing: CRM, performance marketing and marketing analytics. You will help bridge Marketing and Engineering (MarTech) and implement/own technical systems and integrations.
- Implement and maintain integrations between internal platforms and external partners.
- Support CRM, performance marketing and marketing analytics systems.
- Work as part of the Platform team on internal tooling, infrastructure, monitoring, security and engineering excellence.
- Work hands-on with data insights and analytics and adopt a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to prioritise short- and long-term goals.
Skills & experience
We are looking for candidates with solid soft skills, autonomy, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in backend and frontend development; proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience running Node.js backends in production.
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows, pull requests, CI, linters, continuous delivery and automated testing.
- Good planning and organisational skills, pragmatic problem-solving and attention to both detail and the big picture.
- Strong communication skills to work with product owners, engineers, designers and marketing stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with MarTech tools, marketing analytics and working with non-technical marketing stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with US-based stakeholders and overlapping US East Coast working hours when needed.
Technology stack
TypeScript and Node.js on Google Cloud Run, GCP Firestore and Snowflake, React and Angular frontends, Ionic hybrid mobile app, pnpm, GitHub Actions CI, high automated pipelines and strong unit test coverage.

Location
The role is remote-friendly and listed as Fully Remote. Most of the Platform team is located in Sweden; the position belongs to the Stockholm office hub.
