Role overview
In this role you will have a broad range of responsibilities across technical components and R&D teams, with focus on Marketing teams (CRM, performance marketing, marketing analytics). You will help bridge Marketing and Engineering (MarTech).
What you will be doing
- Help implement and own technical systems and integrations that assist our Marketing teams: CRM, performance marketing, marketing analytics.
- Implement new and maintain existing integrations between internal platforms and external partners.
- Work as part of the Platform team responsible for engineering foundations: internal tooling, software, infrastructure, monitoring, security, application performance and engineering excellence.
- Work hands on with data insights and analytics and adopt a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to prioritise and deliver on short- and long-term goals.
Requirements and skills
- Strong communication and soft skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and understand stakeholder needs.
- Experience in backend and frontend development; proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience running Node.js backends in production and working with CI, pull requests, linters and automated testing.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and automated testing practices.
- Good planning and organisational skills and a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Willingness to own and maintain engineering systems and components.
Nice to have
Experience with MarTech tools, marketing analytics, and collaborating with US stakeholders is a bonus.

- TypeScript, Node.js on GCP Cloud Run
- GCP Firestore (Native and Datastore modes), Snowflake
- Frontend: Vite, React (React Router), Angular; hybrid mobile app with Ionic & Capacitor
- High automation: GitHub Actions CI, frequent production deployments, strong unit test coverage
- Modern developer experience: native ESM, pnpm, oxlint, tsgo

Location
We are remote-friendly and this position is fully remote (team hub in Stockholm). Some meetings may overlap with US East Coast hours (typically 15:00–17:00 CET occasionally later).
