Job Description
The Senior User Researcher will join the User Research team and partner directly with Product Growth. They will lead research to understand user journeys from product discovery to long-term engagement, influencing acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies aimed to improve user experience.
Key responsibilities include leading research studies on user growth lifecycle, using qualitative and quantitative research methods, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed insights into product development, communicating findings to stakeholders, and developing a long-term research plan aligned with business goals.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in user research, especially focusing on product growth, user acquisition, or conversion.
- Strong skills in qualitative research methods like interviews, usability testing, survey design; quantitative research experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts.
- Business and data-driven mindset capable of translating user insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic thinking to ask important questions to drive business impact.
- Fluency in additional languages such as German or Portuguese is a plus.

Location and Work Setup
While remote-friendly, the User Research team is mainly in Stockholm and meets occasionally in the office for collaboration and face-to-face interaction.
