Job Description
We are looking to expand our team with a committed QA/Tester passionate about quality and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for testing and improving our website and core signup flows through comprehensive web testing, including end-to-end testing of complex user journeys. You’ll work in an agile team with other testers, product managers, designers, and developers. Responsibilities include designing test cases, manual testing of updated functionality, providing feedback and bug reports, and maintaining medical device documentation.
You should have strong communication skills in English, be thorough, detail-oriented, and enjoy refining testing strategies to uncover hidden bugs. You value teamwork but are also responsible and autonomous in your work. Ability to work efficiently remotely in an asynchronous communication setting is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in an agile team with product manager, software engineers, designers, and testers to shape the product
- Work as part of distributed QA Team to improve QA strategies and ensure medical device compliance
- Plan and perform testing of website and signup flows, including end-to-end testing of complex workflows
- Maintain medical device documentation such as design reviews, requirements, and test cases
- Ensure continuous delivery of releases by staying up to date with team activities and planning testing accordingly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA and software testing including designing and executing test scenarios, using browser developer tools, and working in agile teams with bug tracking tools like JIRA
- Interest in optimizing user journey from signup to conversion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Bonus qualifications:
- Familiarity with AB-testing
- Mobile testing experience
- Experience with test automation on the web
- Experience testing analytics tools such as Mixpanel
- Software testing certificate (e.g., ISTQB)
