  • Lead analysis, experiment design and reporting for A/B tests and other product experiments, including defining success metrics and monitoring test health.
  • Perform proactive and reactive deep dives into growth and acquisition metrics such as conversion, retention and churn to identify friction and opportunity.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to shape the roadmap using data-driven insights.
  • Define, monitor and report on core KPIs that measure product and growth performance.
  • Forecast and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives on key business metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to define and maintain key data pipelines and ensure tracking accuracy and data reliability.
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative research with the user research team to explain user behaviour and validate hypotheses.

What skills and experience we think you have

You are an analytical and curious problem solver who communicates insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are comfortable owning analyses end-to-end and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and drive to dig into root causes of trends and anomalies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data manipulation, statistical modelling and analysis.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation (significance, statistical power) and experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
  • Experience analysing product and growth metrics, including Conversion, Churn, Retention and LTV.
  • Experience using AI and machine learning tools to speed exploration and automate recurring analyses.
