About Natural Cycles
Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We are a fast-growing startup with an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues based in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health.
Role overview
We are looking for two passionate Product Insights Analysts to join our product teams and help shape the future of Natural Cycles through the power of data. You’re an Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment — someone who loves turning complex data into meaningful insights that influence real product decisions. You communicate clearly and confidently in English and are comfortable working remotely. You take ownership of your work, move efficiently from exploration to insight, and are deeply curious about what makes users tick.
What you will be doing
- Lead the analysis, experiment design and reporting for A/B Tests and other product experiments, including defining success metrics, monitoring test health, and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct proactive and reactive deep dives into key growth and acquisition areas, focusing on metrics like Conversion, Retention, and Churn. Identify areas of friction and opportunity within the user journey.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape the roadmap with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, monitor, and report on core KPIs that measure product and growth performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to forecast and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives on key business metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Collaborate with data engineers to define and maintain key data pipelines and ensure data is accurately tracked, consistent, and reliable.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insight with the user research team to explain user behavior, using data to validate or challenge hypotheses.
What skills and experience we think you have
- Excellent ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A natural curiosity and the drive to dig deeper to get to the root cause of trends and anomalies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and analysis.
- Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- A solid understanding of statistics and its application to experimentation (e.g., significance, statistical power) and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking applied to business problems across the funnel to drive acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Experience analyzing product and growth metrics, particularly Conversion, Churn, Retention, and LTV.
- Experience using AI and machine learning tools to accelerate exploration, automate recurring analyses, and identify hidden trends.
- Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Our data and tech stack
