We’re looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the design of our mobile products, ensuring our users have a safe, intuitive, and delightful experience. You will work closely with product, engineering, and user research to help define and shape the future of our product.
What you will be doing
Manage, lead, and hire a growing team of product designers. Foster your team’s growth, happiness, rituals, and productivity.
- Guide your team's design process and actively review deliverables to ensure our products have a high-quality user experience and consistent design standards.
- Collaborate with department leadership to define product strategy and align the design of our products with our business goals.
- Advocate for the user throughout your team’s product development process.
- Focus on achieving results and be hands-on when/if needed, with strong resource management skills, including leading important initiatives and covering tasks in the absence of dedicated team members.
What skills and experience we think you have
- A portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams.
- Experience as a product design leader who uses design strategically to meet business goals and improve products.
- Extensive experience leading and managing people and a passion for helping others grow and develop in their careers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and strategic vision to both designers and non-designers.
- A track record of working in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments.
- At least 8 years of work experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on 4+ years of management experience.

Location
We are remote-friendly and this role is fully remote, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Product team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
