Role overview
We are looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the design of our mobile products, ensuring our users have a safe, intuitive, and delightful experience. You will work closely with product, engineering, and user research to help define and shape the future of our product. Please note we are hiring for this role in Sweden.
- Manage, lead, and hire a growing team of product designers and foster the team’s growth, happiness, rituals, and productivity.
- Guide the team’s design process and actively review deliverables to ensure high-quality user experience and consistent design standards.
- Collaborate with department leadership to define product strategy and align design with business goals.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
- Be results-focused and hands-on when needed, with strong resource management skills, leading important initiatives and covering tasks when necessary.
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams.
- Experienced product design leader who uses design strategically to meet business goals and improve products.
- Extensive experience leading and managing people, passionate about helping others grow and develop their careers.
- Excellent communicator able to articulate design decisions and strategic vision to designers and non-designers alike.
- Track record of working in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments.
- At least 8 years of work experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on 4+ years of management experience.

Location
We are remote-friendly and the role is listed as fully remote, however most of the Product team is located in Stockholm and we value opportunities to connect in person.
