Role summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead Lifecycle Growth Manager (CRM) to own and scale lifecycle marketing across the customer journey. This role will drive lead acquisition, nurturing, engagement, and conversion through impactful CRM programs that deliver measurable business results. The role is hired in the New York area and operates in a remote-first setup.
What you will be doing
The Lead Lifecycle Growth Manager will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation and nurture, lifecycle campaign management, promotional strategy, and performance tracking to drive growth and conversion.
- Lead Acquisition & Nurture: Own lead-gen strategy end-to-end with the Paid Acquisition team; convert email-only leads into engaged prospects through value propositions, lifecycle triggers, and testing; develop and optimize nurture strategies to move leads down the funnel using segmentation and experimentation.
- Lifecycle Campaign Management: Own the CRM behavioral trigger campaign roadmap (e.g., abandoned cart, browse abandonment) and optimize for conversion; design and scale personalized communications to drive engagement and retention; lead cross-functional execution with Product, Data, and Creative teams.
- Promotional & Offer Strategy: Own leads promotional strategy and calendar across CRM, aligning offers with business objectives and seasonality; lead performance analysis and optimization to inform promotions.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPI strategy, measurement, and reporting; use A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement; translate customer insights and behavioral data into lifecycle strategy to improve relevance and conversion.
Skills & experience
We expect a data-driven, creative candidate with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing with a proven track record of measurable results.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle funnel dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze results, extract insights, and translate them into action.

Location & hiring notes
We are remote-first and hire for this role in the New York area. Most of the team you will work with is based within commuting distance of NYC. Natural Cycles participates in E-Verify to confirm authorization to work in the U.S.
Salary bracket
USD $95,000 - $115,000 (salary offers will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal equity, and market conditions).
