Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead Lifecycle Growth Manager (CRM) to own and scale lifecycle marketing across the customer journey. This role focuses on driving lead acquisition, nurturing, engagement, and conversion by building impactful CRM programs that deliver measurable business results. This role is hired for the New York area and works closely with Paid Acquisition, Product, Data, and Creative teams.

What you will be doing

Lead Acquisition & Nurture
  • Own lead-generation strategy end-to-end in partnership with the Paid Acquisition team to design and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment on audience targeting and messaging.
  • Manage lead registration and activation, turning email-only leads into engaged prospects through clear value propositions, lifecycle triggers, and iterative testing.
  • Develop and continuously optimize nurture strategies that move registered leads down the funnel to conversion through segmentation, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Lifecycle Campaign Management
  • Own the strategy roadmap for CRM behavioral trigger campaigns (for example, abandoned cart, browse abandonment), optimizing for conversion.
  • Design and scale personalized communication strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Promotional & Offer Strategy
  • Own the leads promotional strategy and calendar end-to-end across CRM, aligning offers with business objectives and seasonal moments.
  • Lead performance analysis and optimization to continuously evolve and inform promotions strategy.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Own KPI strategy, measurement, and reporting by defining success metrics, building the performance narrative, and steering priorities based on progress and insights.
  • Leverage A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to generate learnings and drive continuous improvement at scale.
  • Translate customer insights and behavioral data into lifecycle strategy to improve relevance, engagement, and conversion.

What skills and experience we think you have

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle funnel dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results, extract insights, and translate them into action.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What we offer

  • Flexible work arrangement — you will be part of a team based in and around the New York area that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location.

  • Modern technology — leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.

  • Commitment to quality — join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development.

Location
