Role overview

We are looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to scale user and revenue growth across international markets. You will own and evolve how we measure, understand and optimise performance across the full growth funnel — from acquisition and activation to retention and monetisation — with a strong focus on CAC, LTV and unit economics.

What you will be doing

  • Own and develop the growth analytics framework across all markets covering the full funnel from acquisition and activation to retention and revenue.
  • Define, monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and unit economics across paid, owned and organic channels.
  • Lead attribution and incrementality efforts, design experiments and evaluate channel effectiveness to guide investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with growth, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities, inform strategy and prioritise high-impact initiatives.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting and analytical models using tools such as Snowflake, Mixpanel and Tableau.
  • Analyse user behaviour across app and web to improve conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Work hands-on end-to-end — from deep-dive analysis to shaping strategy and influencing decision-making.

Skills & experience

  • 5+ years in growth or marketing analytics in subscription, app or digital product environments.
  • Strong experience across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
  • Expertise in attribution modelling and incrementality testing (geo experiments, lift studies, MMM or similar).
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods and unit economics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Experience with product analytics and BI tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker or Amplitude.
  • Experience with mobile apps and/or subscription-based business models is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company is remote-friendly but values in-person collaboration; the international marketing team is primarily located in Stockholm and meets in the office occasionally.
