Natural Cycles is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first FDA-cleared digital contraceptive app, trusted by millions globally. We are a fast-growing, international startup with teams in Stockholm, Geneva, New York and remote. Partnerships are one of our most proven paths to user growth and are a major opportunity for expansion in the US. This role will own the partnership channel end-to-end across sourcing, structuring, execution and long-term growth. We are hiring for this role in the US with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
Lead the full partnership lifecycle across core verticals and manage partner relationships to drive measurable user growth.
- Wearables & hardware partnerships: own and grow existing partnerships, increase attach rate and post-launch performance, identify and secure new integrations, and lead commercial negotiations end-to-end.
- Telehealth partnerships: build and convert a pipeline of telehealth partners, prioritize insurance-accepting platforms (Rx) and cash-pay models, and target high-growth areas (GLP-1, HRT, PCOS).
- Consumer health & wellness partnerships: form partnerships with brands that overlap our audience, develop bundling, co-subscription and white-label opportunities, and propose creative partnership ideas.
- Pipeline & partner management: build and own a structured partnership pipeline, create frameworks to evaluate and prioritize opportunities, and centralize inbound partner interest.
Success metrics
Expected outcomes and milestones for the role.
- First 90 days: map the US partnership landscape, build a prioritized pipeline, re-engage key opportunities, and establish priorities and sequencing.
- Within 6 months: advance or close at least two high-impact partnership deals.
- Within 12 months: partnerships contribute meaningfully to US new user growth alongside existing wearable partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
- Experience in digital health, femtech, wearables, or consumer health.
- Experience building or managing affiliate and revenue-share models.
- Proven track record closing complex, high-impact deals that drive measurable growth.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize, structure and negotiate effectively.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (legal, finance, product) to get deals across the line.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with evolving processes.
- Experience in regulated industries (FDA, healthcare compliance, data privacy) is a plus.
- Existing relationships across wearables, telehealth, or women’s health are a strong advantage.
- US-based (East Coast preferred); experience working with a European HQ is a plus.
What we offer
- Flexible work arrangement with a team based around New York that values collaboration regardless of work location.
- Professional development and collaboration with industry-leading colleagues.
- Modern technology and an environment that empowers ownership and ideas.
- Impactful projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value.
- Commitment to quality and long-term, profitable product development.
Location
Remote-first role; most of the team you will work with is within commuting distance of New York City. Candidates should be US-based, East Coast preferred.
