The Art Director role will shape the creative vision and execution of Natural Cycles' medical marketing, sitting at the intersection of science and design—transforming complex clinical information into visually compelling, credible, and educational materials that engage and inspire healthcare professionals.
As part of the Medical Marketing team, responsibilities include creating educational resources, conference and event materials, and scientific presentations. The role also involves collaboration with other designers and supporting the evolution of the Natural Cycles brand.
Please note this position is for the New York area.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of medical marketing materials including educational resources, sales presentations, scientific visuals, and event collateral.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and healthcare professionals to ensure creative output is aligned, compliant, and polished.
- Contribute to refining creative processes and developing the Natural Cycles brand.
Qualifications
- Experienced designer with portfolio expertise in visual communication, especially in scientific or healthcare contexts.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and storytelling to distill complex medical concepts into engaging visuals.
- Skilled at interpreting feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering quality work in regulated environments.
- Clear, confident communicator connecting creative execution with strategic medical and marketing goals.

Location
Remote-first company with team members mainly within commuting distance of New York City.
Salary
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
