Growth Lead, Partnerships & Community
Posted on March 24, 2026 (2 months ago)
About MoldCo
We’re on a mission to transform the way patients find answers and care for mold-related and chronic inflammatory conditions. We combine diagnostics, digital care delivery, and a patient-first approach to solve a problem that most of healthcare ignores. Our patients are often sick, dismissed by other providers, and looking for someone they can trust. That trust is at the center of everything we build.
About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Lead, Partnerships & Community to own the relationship side of how MoldCo grows. You’ll be the operational engine behind our CEO-led partnerships, the face of MoldCo in patient communities, and the person building out our affiliate and media pipeline.
You’ll partner with the Head of Growth to turn strategy into repeatable systems: prepare partnership materials, manage community relationships, vet affiliates, build our podcast pipeline, and ensure flawless execution.
What you'll do
Partnership Operations
- Prepare tailored partnership materials for each meeting: partner-specific decks, positioning docs, talking points, competitive context
- Conduct in-depth pre-meeting research and due diligence on prospective partners: audience, clinical credibility, market position, brand alignment
- Handle all follow-up: send materials, coordinate next steps, track commitments
- Maintain the partnership CRM and pipeline so leadership always has a current view of every conversation
- Draft partnership proposals and co-marketing frameworks for CEO review
- Manage active partnerships: check-ins, performance tracking, relationship health, and escalation
- Support partnership closure: coordinate internal resources, timelines, and deliverables to move from conversation to signed agreement
Affiliate Program
- Run the affiliate lifecycle end to end: sourcing, due diligence, outreach, activation, and ongoing relationship management
- Vet partners for clinical credibility, audience alignment, national reach, and brand safety
- Manage tracking, attribution, payouts, compliance documentation, and performance reporting
- Maintain and improve the vetting framework so every new affiliate goes through a consistent, repeatable process
Community Engagement
- Own daily presence in communities where mold-affected patients live: Facebook groups, Reddit, health forums
- Become a recognized, trusted person (not a brand account)
- Build relationships with group administrators and community leaders
- Plan and manage educational webinars and community events driven by patient questions
- Provide ongoing education on mold toxicity, testing options, and treatment pathways while avoiding clinical claims
Podcast & Media Pipeline
- Build and manage outreach for podcast bookings, journalist relationships, and media appearances
- Research and vet shows for audience fit and host credibility
- Prepare guest briefs, talking points, and follow-up materials for each appearance
- Track pipeline metrics: outreach volume, booking rate, audience reach, and downstream patient attribution
QC, Content & Compliance
- Own the QC workflow: coordinate writers, producers, and clinical review. Nothing publishes without medical sign-off
- Manage production QC for creative and content, reviewing deliverables against quality standards and brand guidelines
- Coordinate legal and compliance across growth activities: partnership agreements, affiliate contracts, FTC documentation, claims review with the medical team
- Draft copy for partnerships, community, and outreach within the brand voice
- Maintain a compliance documentation trail for diligence on content and partner relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnerships, community management, affiliate marketing, or relationship-driven growth roles
- Healthcare background preferred; familiarity with regulatory environment and patient sensitivity
- Working knowledge of FTC regulations for healthcare marketing: testimonial rules, disclosure requirements, claim substantiation
- Exceptional attention to detail for partner vetting, QC review, and compliance documentation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; this is a writing-intensive role
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes relationship threads concurrently
- Comfortable speaking credibly about clinical topics without overstepping into medical advice
- Operational rigor: maintain CRM, run QC workflows, and track compliance documents
What would make you stand out
- Existing relationships with podcast hosts and producers in health, wellness, functional medicine, or chronic illness
- Network of affiliate or referral partners in healthcare (practitioners, coaches, creators) you can activate quickly
- Active participation in mold toxicity or chronic illness patient communities
- Experience supporting executive-level partnership conversations and managing content QC in regulated industries
- Experience in DTC health, telehealth, or functional medicine
Sound like you?
- You care about patients and want to help when healthcare fails people
- You’re a relationship builder who creates genuine trust
- You’re detail-obsessed and move fast to take ownership
- You work well inside someone else’s strategic framework and execute within it
- You want to build something from the ground up and welcome feedback to improve
