Junior/ Associate Regulatory Affairs & Data Security - Digital Health


As a Junior Manager / Associate – Regulatory Affairs & Data Security, you support the Head of Regulatory & Quality Compliance in strategic and operational tasks with a special focus on data protection, information security, and active involvement in compliance audits in the field of Digital Health.

You will collaborate, gain insights into all relevant compliance areas, and develop step by step.

Your Tasks


  • Participate in the implementation of data protection regulations, especially according to GDPR and DiGAV, including assistance with data protection impact assessments and documentation.
  • Contribute to information security and quality within our ISMS (ISO 27001) and QMS (ISO 13485) frameworks – e.g., risk analyses, internal audits, or the creation of relevant evidence.
  • Support core regulatory processes, e.g., in evaluation and certification procedures as well as maintaining technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in the field of Digital Health on both national and EU levels.
  • Work closely with adjacent teams, including product development, data protection coordination, and customer support.

Your Profile


  • A degree in medical technology, health sciences, biomedicine, (IT) law, or a relevant discipline is an advantage.
  • Initial practical experience in data protection, information security, or regulatory affairs.
  • Interest in regulation around digital medical devices and eagerness to practically engage with topics such as GDPR, EU-MDR, ISO 27001, and ISO 13485.
  • Structured, careful working style with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation – able to convey complex topics clearly and understandably.
  • Excellent language skills: German (C2) and English (fluent).
  • Resident in Berlin or open to on-site appointments, e.g., audits, meetings, or team events.
