We are seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners to join our virtual clinical team and guide patients through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Provide patient-facing telehealth visits (scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, adjusted by patient location and licensure). Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications where authorized, order and interpret labs, coordinate referrals, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders.

Participate in structured onboarding, use Midi’s telehealth technology and clinical pathways, and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality visits and patient education.

This is a U.S.-based remote role. Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
