REMOTE Nurse Practitioner - Illinois (IL) License Required
At Midi Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife—to relieve their symptoms, support their wellbeing, and ensure they feel seen, heard, and cared for. Our care is personalized, evidence-based, and covered by insurance, making it more accessible to women across the country.
We’re rapidly growing and seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dedicated clinical team and guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Why Work With Midi?
Join a mission-driven team focused on transforming healthcare for women in midlife. This is a remote (U.S.–based) role with structured patient-facing hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, adjusted by patient location and licensure. This position is not for working while outside the United States.
Highlights include continuous clinical education, purposeful visits that allow time to listen and educate, strong technology and operational support, and a collaborative community of clinicians and care coordinators.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred), prescriptive authority, active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar), and a minimum of 3 years of recent NP experience (within the last 5 years) in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, making sound clinical decisions, and be proficient with telehealth platforms and EMRs.
How Midi Works
Midi provides a virtual-first care model with quality visits designed for meaningful conversations. Clinicians follow evidence-based protocols combining hormone therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medications as appropriate. Patients receive labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed. Clinicians are supported by a collaborative team and opportunities to grow and specialize.
What We Offer
Compensation: $50-55/hour plus bonus potential (final offers may vary within the posted range to account for geographic location). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision; paid time off for full-time employees; clinician professional development allowance; weekly accredited clinical education (often eligible for CE credit); and options for full-time or part-time telehealth roles.
