Nurse Practitioner - Minnesota (MN) (Remote)
At Midi Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife by relieving symptoms, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Care is personalized, evidence-based, and insurance-covered to increase accessibility nationwide.
Why Work With Midi?
- Mission-driven impact: transform healthcare for women in midlife and make a meaningful difference every day.
- Remote (U.S.-based) role with structured hours: work fully remote from within the United States with patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, adjusted by patient location and licensure. This is not a digital nomad role; work may not be performed while you are outside the United States.
- Continuous learning: weekly clinical education to advance expertise in women’s midlife health.
- Purposeful visits: appointments designed to allow time to listen, educate, and deliver personalized care.
- Technology and clinical support: structured onboarding, user-friendly technology, and operational assistance so clinicians can focus on care.
- Community of care: collaborative, respectful team with opportunities to grow and specialize.

How Midi Works — and Why It’s Different
Virtual-first care model focused on quality visits, evidence-based protocols, and support beyond the screen. Clinicians follow expert-developed clinical pathways that may combine hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication, and they are supported by a team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $55-60 per hour, plus bonus potential (final offers may vary by geography).
- Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
- Paid time off for full-time employees.
- Clinician professional development allowance and weekly accredited clinical education (often eligible for CE credit).
