Roles are remote (U.S.–based) with patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM adjusted by patient location and licensure. This is not a digital nomad role; work must be performed from within the United States.

Qualifications
We seek Nurse Practitioners with:
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred)
- Prescriptive authority
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience (within the last 5 years) in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools
- Passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions
How Midi Works
Practice in a virtual-first care model emphasizing quality visits, evidence-based protocols combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication when appropriate, and care coordination (labs, prescriptions, supplements, referrals).
Clinicians are supported by a collaborative team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders with opportunities to grow and specialize.
What We Offer
Compensation: $55-60/hour, plus bonus potential (final offers may vary by geography).
