Nurse Practitioner - Massachusetts (MA) License
At Midi Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife — relieving symptoms, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Our care is personalized, evidence-based, and covered by insurance.
Why Work With Midi?
Join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare for women in midlife. The role is fully remote (U.S.-based) with patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM adjusted by patient location and licensure. This is not a digital nomad role; work may not be performed while you are outside the United States.
Benefits include structured onboarding, weekly clinical education, technology and operational support, meaningful specialty focus in women’s midlife health, and a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
We are seeking compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred).
- Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as an NP in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools).
- Strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions.
How Midi Works
Practice in a virtual-first care model that emphasizes quality visits, evidence-based protocols, and care beyond the screen (labs, prescriptions, supplements, referrals as needed). Clinicians are supported by a collaborative team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders.
- Appointments designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care.
- Trained in clinical pathways combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication when appropriate.
- Operational and clinical support so clinicians can focus on patient care.
Compensation & What We Offer
Compensation: $50-60/hour plus bonus potential (final offers may vary within the posted range to account for geographical location).
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Paid time off for full-time employees.
- Clinician professional development allowance and weekly accredited clinical education (often eligible for CE credit hours).
- Full-time or part-time telehealth opportunities.
