Nurse Practitioner - Massachusetts (MA) License

At Midi Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife—to relieve their symptoms, support their wellbeing, and ensure they feel seen, heard, and cared for. Our care is personalized, evidence-based, and covered by insurance, making it more accessible to women across the country.
We are hiring passionate Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual, patient-facing care focused on perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. Positions are U.S.-based and operate within a virtual-first telehealth model.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to women in midlife. Appointments are structured to allow time for listening, education, and personalized care planning. You will work with clinical pathways that may include hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed.
Work patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (adjusted by patient location and licensure). Benefit from structured onboarding, clinical and operational support, and opportunities to grow and specialize over time.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who meet the following:
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred).
  • Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • High proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools).
  • A strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions.

How Midi Works

Practice within a virtual-first care model focused on quality visits, evidence-based protocols, and coordinated care beyond the screen. You will be supported by a collaborative team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders, with access to weekly clinical education and CE opportunities.
Midi’s platform enables seamless ordering of labs, prescribing, and referrals while providing operational and scheduling support so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $50-60/hour, plus bonus potential. Final offers may vary within the posted range to account for geographic location.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid time off for full-time employees.
  • Clinician professional development allowance.
  • Full-time or part-time telehealth roles available.
  • Opportunity to participate in weekly accredited clinical education, often eligible for continuing education credit hours (CE).
Please note: Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
