At Midi Health, we are on a mission to revolutionize healthcare for women at midlife — relieving symptoms, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Our care is personalized, evidence-based, and covered by insurance to increase accessibility nationwide.
We are hiring passionate Nurse Practitioners (remote, U.S.–based) to guide patients through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care. Patient-facing hours are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (adjusted by patient location and licensure).
Why Work With Midi?
- Mission-driven impact: Help transform care for women at midlife.
- Remote (U.S.–based) role with structured hours: Work fully remote from within the United States (this is not a digital nomad role; work may not be performed while you are outside the United States).
- Continuous learning: Weekly clinical education to advance expertise in women’s midlife health.
- Purposeful visits: Appointments designed to allow time to listen, educate, and deliver personalized care.
- Technology and clinical support: Structured onboarding, user-friendly tech, and operational assistance (logistics, scheduling, clinical operations).
- Community of care: Collaborative team of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders with opportunities to grow and specialize.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred). Prescriptive authority required.
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- High proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools).
- Strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions.
How Midi Works
- Quality visits: Visits designed to allow listening, education, and personalized care.
- Evidence-based protocols: Clinical pathways combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medications when appropriate.
- Care beyond the screen: Patients receive labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed through the platform.
- Team support: You are supported by clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders; opportunities for specialization and growth over time.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour, plus bonus potential (final offers may vary within the posted range to account for geographical location).
- Desirable benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
- Paid time off for full-time employees.
- Clinician professional development allowance and weekly accredited clinical education (often eligible for continuing education credits).
- Full-time or part-time telehealth roles available.
