We are rapidly growing and seeking passionate full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our dedicated clinical team to guide patients through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Join a mission-driven organization focused on transforming midlife women's healthcare. This role is fully remote within the United States with patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled by patient location and licensure). This is not a digital nomad role and work may not be performed while you are outside the United States.

Midi provides structured onboarding, weekly clinical education, user-friendly technology, and operational support so clinicians can focus on patient care. You will be part of a collaborative community of clinicians, care coordinators, and clinical leaders with opportunities for professional growth.

Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple state licenses highly preferred). Prescriptive authority as an NP and active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar) are required. Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology. High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools is expected, along with the ability to work independently and strong passion for midlife women's health.

Midi operates a virtual-first care model with appointments designed to allow time to listen, educate, and personalize care. Clinicians follow evidence-based protocols combining hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication when appropriate. Patients receive labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed through the platform.

Clinicians are supported by a team and never expected to practice in isolation; opportunities exist to grow and specialize over time.
