Midi Health is a comprehensive virtual care clinic dedicated exclusively to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and related health concerns. Our model is led by highly trained Nurse Practitioners practicing at the top of their license, supported by technology and evidence-based protocols.
Role Overview
This 1099 collaborating physician role supports Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements and fulfills legal and administrative requirements in applicable states. This role does NOT include direct patient care or daily operational supervision.
Compensation
As a 1099 contract role, compensation is paid monthly per FTE.
- California: $300 per FTE per month
- Texas, Virginia, Ohio: $200 per FTE per month
- Training is paid
License Requirements
Active, unrestricted, unencumbered MD or DO license in one or more of the following states:
- California (CA)
- Texas (TX)
- Virginia (VA)
- Ohio (OH)
Responsibilities
- Enter into Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law
- Maintain active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement
- Participate in state-specific administrative requirements, as applicable
Qualifications & Commitment
- Board-Certified MD or DO
- Active, unrestricted, unencumbered medical license in CA, TX, VA, or OH
- Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners
- Comfortable in a non-clinical, administrative role
- Agreement to cover at least 50% of collaborating physician slots in states where Midi operates and maintain licensure/documentation throughout the contract
