mementor develops and distributes digital medical products in sleep medicine. Founded in 2014 in Switzerland, the company has been headquartered in Leipzig, Germany since January 2020. mementor focuses on certified "apps on prescription" (DiGA) that address gaps in conventional care and provide patients with access to evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Our team aims to equip affected individuals with effective digital health tools to treat physical and mental conditions. We work to close existing gaps in healthcare and to help shape the future of digital medicine. Scientific standards, an evidence-based approach, strict data protection and patient safety are central to our work.
mementor is certified to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard for information security and to DIN EN ISO 13485 for medical device quality management. These certifications are maintained through regular internal and external audits.
Products and evidence
mementor's flagship product is somnio, a permanently approved DiGA (app on prescription) for treating insomnia. Developed with sleep medicine specialists and psychologists and based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), somnio provides modular, personalized therapy that can sustainably improve sleep behavior within three months. The effectiveness of somnio has been demonstrated in randomized clinical studies.
Since August 2, 2022, mementor DE GmbH has been part of ResMed in Germany and operates as a dedicated business unit to expand digital sleep medicine solutions.
