Implementation & Growth Associate
Remote, Full-Time role with extensive domestic travel. Company HQ: New York City.
We are hiring an Implementation Manager-focused, customer- and resident-facing role to lead training and onboarding of Meela’s phone-based AI companion in senior living communities nationwide. The role includes support for light marketing and growth initiatives.
About Meela
Mission: Ending the silent epidemic of social isolation among older adults by providing a phone-based AI companion with no apps, logins, or screens. Meela delivers warm, engaging conversations and restores dignity through ambient technology.
The Breakthrough: Invisible AI designed for the analog generation.
Momentum: Meela is live, revenue-generating, backed by BCV, and scaling to serve hundreds of communities across the US.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and lead on-site and remote launch activities for Meela product and services in senior living communities
- Help residents understand the value of Meela and access the service
- Educate staff and care teams on how to support residents and family members
- Collaborate with executive directors and community leadership to optimize adoption during initial and ongoing phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact during launches
- Track adoption metrics such as activation, utilization, and resident satisfaction
- Flag issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Capture social media and promotional content to highlight Meela’s value
- Support additional launch or community needs as they arise
Travel Expectations
Extensive domestic travel required.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working directly with older adults
- Enjoys spending time in senior living or care settings
- High energy and exceptional communication skills
- Experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
- Social media and marketing coordination skills are a plus
- Willing and able to travel extensively
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience onboarding users or supporting implementations
- Experience creating short-form social content
Success Metrics
- Communities launched smoothly and on time
- Residents successfully onboarded and actively using the product
- Positive feedback from residents and staff
- Clear communication between communities and the internal team
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
