The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Operations to help keep the company organized, aligned, and running smoothly as we scale. This role sits at the center of the business, working across strategy, operations, product, go-to-market, and hiring.
You’ll be responsible for making sure priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and execution happens efficiently. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong judgment, and enjoys building structure where none exists yet.

What You’ll Do
- Keep the company organized, aligned, and operating efficiently day to day
- Drive execution across company strategy, operations, and product–GTM alignment
- Translate high-level goals into clear plans, timelines, and owners
- Build systems and processes that help the company scale smoothly
- Interface with care providers, customers, and external partners
- Ensure teams are coordinated and moving in the same direction
- Support hiring and development of key leaders and operators
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of directly relevant experience in operations, product, strategy, consulting, startup roles, or similar cross-functional work
- Strong organizational skills and comfort owning open-ended problems
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make sound decisions with limited information
- Experience working closely with product teams; product management or similar experience is a strong plus
- Clear belief in Meela’s mission and desire to work on something meaningful
- Comfortable with fast pace, high ownership, and wearing multiple hats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Prior Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, product, or founder experience
- Exposure to GTM, sales, or customer-facing work
- Extensive product management experience or similar
