About the Role
The Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing will build strategies and growth playbooks in partnership with senior leadership, execute acquisition campaigns, test channels, and optimize CAC and pipeline velocity. The role involves launching, iterating, and building repeatable acquisition playbooks to accelerate market share and revenue growth.
Responsibilities include campaign execution (paid search, social, SEO/SEM, and outbound), pipeline support, experimentation and scaling, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, and measurement and optimization of marketing metrics.
What Success Looks Like
Success includes launching and optimizing paid and outbound channels quickly, running experiments with leadership collaboration, lowering CAC, improving pipeline velocity, executing scalable acquisition playbooks, and making marketing-sourced revenue a predictable growth driver.
Qualifications
Required qualifications are 6+ years B2B growth/demand generation marketing experience, preferably as an early marketing hire or in a zero-to-one environment, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in fast-paced settings.
Expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs), outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRO, funnel analytics, and proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, SEMRush, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms is needed. Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay is a plus.
Skills in building and optimizing landing pages, creating lightweight assets using design tools like Canva, and a strong data-driven mindset in marketing analytics and attribution models are important. A startup mindset with a high-ownership approach is essential.
