Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead prospecting and lead qualification. As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you will prospect new business opportunities, conduct high-quality qualification calls, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects that align with our Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by pre-qualifying prospects and meeting Service Level Agreements for handoff to Account Executives.
- Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach (minimum 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking).
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed.
Your Background
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a high-velocity sales environment. Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sequenced outreach preferred. Experience in telehealth is a plus.

What We Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience; target OTE for this position is $85,000 (70/30 split). Comprehensive benefits for full-time US-based employees including 75%-subsidized health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k). We are a fully remote team with flexible work arrangements and a collaborative environment.
The pay range for this role is 85,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote).
