About This Role
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to support our members through virtual care services.
As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care.

What You'll Do
- Provide virtual care and support to women and their families while pregnant, throughout labor, and during the period after a baby's birth via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging, including decisions on labor and delivery options (hospital, birth centers, home births), postpartum care (breastfeeding, vaginal discharge, incontinence issues), and perinatal mood disorders (postpartum depression, anxiety)
- Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system, MPractice
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing better outcomes for women and families
Who You Are
- Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Residing in the United Kingdom
- Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week (part-time, independent contractor)
- 3+ years practicing independently
- 3+ years experience in telehealth, comfortable providing care through digital health platform
- Own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) updated past iOS 16 and have access to a laptop with strong and reliable internet
- Passionate about women’s and family health
- Experience with menopause required
