Your mission

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager / Head of Product who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and is willing to work hard to make a real impact. You'll take the lead on our two product roadmaps, for the Patient App, our consumer-facing product, and the Analytics Platform, our B2B SaaS product.

Your profile
What you’ll do
- Own the Patient App roadmap: refine the vision, prioritize features and refine the value proposition AI enables for patients.
- Own the Analytics Platform roadmap: Make sure patient journey insights are delivered to our clients.
- Get your hands dirty: collaborate closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build, test, and iterate on the product.
- Be relentless: ensure deadlines are hit, blockers are removed, and everyone stays aligned.
- Drive execution: Prioritize features, write detailed user stories and ensure the product is built to spec.
- Advocate for the patient: understand user needs deeply and ensure the app provides real value to chronic patients.
- Work with leadership: align product initiatives with company strategy and key business objectives.
- Start-up mindset: you’re energized by building from scratch and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Execution-focused: you take ownership, push boundaries and make things happen.
- A Leader and a Doer: you know how to rally a team and get into the details to solve problems.
- Experience in healthcare: ideally with consumer-facing apps or patient-centric solutions.
- Strong communicator: you can articulate the “why” and “how” to all stakeholders.
- Willingness to work hard: this role requires commitment beyond normal working hours to succeed.

1) a Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions using best in class multi-agent systems and proprietary data
2) a Patient Journey Analytics Platform to see real time patient needs, roadblocks and what needs to be done to improve patient care.
