Customer Success Manager

Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager at mama health, you’ll be the main partner for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, ensuring they extract maximum value from our Patient Journey Analytics Platform.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for pharma clients at multiple organizational levels, working with several business functions (marketing, market access, medical, patient advocacy, analytics) and helping them understand how patient insights support strategic and business objectives.
  • Translate patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable recommendations for clients, shaping launch strategies, awareness initiatives, and patient empowerment opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and oversee client rollout plans, ensuring smooth adoption of mama health’s products across global and local teams.
  • Monitor and demonstrate ROI for clients, lead renewal conversations and identify opportunities to expand partnerships, owning client success end-to-end.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams: collaborate closely with Data Science, Commercial, and Marketing, and bring structured client feedback to our Patient App team to improve the product.
  • Represent mama health in high-stakes client discussions, from day-to-day project delivery to strategic quarterly reviews.

Your profile

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role with proven ownership of client relationships. Exceptionally talented candidates with fewer years are encouraged to apply.
  • Client leadership: Strong relationship management skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and guiding adoption of new tools or processes.
  • Industry knowledge: Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus; strong interest and willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Execution & ownership: Strong executor with excellent organizational skills, able to deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity & innovation: Enjoy shaping new approaches and guiding clients through innovative solutions.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and open to projects within and beyond traditional Customer Success scope.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data-driven insights and able to translate complex information into clear client value stories.
  • Collaboration: Thrive in cross-functional environments and are a team player.
  • Languages: Seriously fluent in English; additional languages (German/Italian/Spanish/French) are ideal.
