About The Role

We’re looking for Nurse Ambassadors to help M7 create the best nurse scheduling processes, ensuring they are fair and aligned with both clinical needs and staff preferences. You will review and approve nurse schedules using M7’s technology to help hospital partners meet staffing goals while keeping nurses satisfied. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for nurses or clinical professionals who want to apply their clinical background beyond direct patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring nursing expertise: review staff models and ensure quality output that accounts for clinical best practices.
  • Validate tech-enabled scheduling: review shift assignments for fair shift distribution, weekend coverage, and other considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with M7’s customer operations team to align on rules, exceptions, and hospital-specific needs.
  • Drive M7 to be the best for nurses: review output and collate evidence to support development of best practices that inform hospital policies and internal tooling.

About You:

  • Clinically grounded: background in nursing or hospital operations with understanding of shifts, workloads, and patient care.
  • Tech-comfortable: comfortable using digital tools and learning lightweight scheduling platforms; no coding required.
  • Detail-oriented: able to spot and correct scheduling issues like uneven weekend distribution or long stretches without breaks.
  • Passionate about nursing: driven to improve the experience of nurses through fair schedules and better staffing practices.

Work Arrangement

  • Flexible hours (8 hour days, 1-3 days per week)
  • Remote-friendly (must be U.S.-based)
  • Hourly compensation based on experience and scope of work
  • Opportunity for future full-time role
