What You’ll Do at M7
As a Customer Support Associate (Nights & Weekends), you’ll be the first line of support for nurse users and hospital leaders outside regular business hours. You’ll provide quick, clear answers and ensure users have a positive experience with M7 whenever they need help.
Your Responsibilities Will Include…
Customer Support
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and texts from M7 users during nights and weekends (minimum 3 shifts per week)
- Troubleshoot platform questions and escalate technical issues when needed
- Provide empathetic, clear communication so users feel supported and confident using M7
- Accurately log and track customer interactions to inform improvements
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Operations to flag urgent issues for follow-up during business hours
- Share user pain points and feedback to help improve the platform and support processes
- Maintain consistent communication so customers experience seamless support across shifts
Who You Are
Strong written and verbal communicator who enjoys helping others; reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during off-hours; calm and solution-oriented under stress; comfortable learning new technology; mission-driven to support frontline healthcare workers.
Working Requirements & Compensation
Hourly role with shifts covering evenings and weekends. Shifts are organized as follows: Fri/Sat/Sun: 8am-4pm EST. Initial training/onboarding occurs on weekdays. Availability is submitted one month in advance with flexibility to add extra shifts.
