Job Description
This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Sr. Project/Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute initiatives and adhoc projects related to Governance Operations within the Core AI Team
- Work with multiple stakeholders to build strong relationships, monitor and drive progress on AI Compliance and oversee the triage and tracking of incoming requests while facilitating clear communication across cross-functional teams
- Oversee operational program management projects for Chief of Staff teams
- Manage and standardize end-to-end AI Compliance and Governance operational workflows and project documentation by establishing clear standards, cadence, and version controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and program success.
- Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team
- Execute program against project plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned and risks, while establishing efficient, transparent processes that enable smooth execution and timely delivery of key initiatives
- Assist with the creation and update of key project artifacts (project charters, project plans, project resource plans, project budgets and communications/change plans) and with meeting facilitation by sending meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking assigned project team activities
- Track and report on key metrics for AIC Adoption, timelines, milestones, and overall program health and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights and deliver recommendations
- Own and manage multiple, concurrent operations projects of varying complexity
- Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
- Handle day-to-day customer fulfillment needs, including but not limited to: product training, support, monitoring and conduct regular Governance audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to organizational standards

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience with non-technical project/program management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong execution and experience hosting and delivering on global complex projects
- Working knowledge of project life cycle
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
- Ability to logically structure and analyze ambiguous problems
- Ability to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leaders
- Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment

The pay range for this role is 179,650 to 252,350 USD. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
