Sr. Marketing Operations Manager II - Job Summary

LinkedIn is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager II to lead the Owned In-House Agency Team within Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO). The team supports Owned Media (Email and LinkedIn Ads) to scale campaign execution, enable automation and tooling, and deliver reporting and insights across multiple business lines and programs.
This role is hybrid and will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days. The job will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale or New York City, with the job card showing Mountain View, CA as the location.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will:
  • Deliver the Owned In-House Agency vision by scaling the team and its automation/tooling to drive execution excellence.
  • Drive the tooling and AI roadmap across LinkedIn Ads and email operations.
  • Lead and develop the email operations and LinkedIn-on-LinkedIn (LoL) team; set expectations and manage performance.
  • Run production and operations across multiple businesses and channel programs, ensuring high-quality execution, QA, and reporting.
  • Ensure rigorous execution to meet or exceed financial goals and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to maximize campaign effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Platform management and email marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing offshore teams.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; change management and risk mitigation experience preferred.
  • Proven use of automation and AI tooling to deliver impact.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate (experience, certifications, and work location).
