Job Description
This role is hybrid and based in San Francisco. The Sr. Associate on the Strategic Finance team will support the LinkedIn Business Platform (LBP) team, partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market technology teams to define and execute the technology roadmap, estimate impact, and measure performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, communicative, empathetic, and analytical, with interest or experience in consumer (B2C) and/or customer (B2B) technology platforms.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and support strategy development and pressure-test growth opportunities within scope
- Communicate forecasts, analyses, and trends to management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide metrics-driven support for initiatives and answer complex questions
- Develop workstreams and operational processes and proactively remove obstacles
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address ambiguous or complex business questions and derive actionable insights
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, financial accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the technology industry
- MBA degree
Compensation & Benefits
LinkedIn is committed to equitable compensation. The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $158,000. Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate and may include annual bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentives. See https://careers.linkedin.com/benefits for more information.
