Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you will analyze and provide feedback on data to improve large language model (LLM) performance, helping ensure the next generation of AI is accurate and trustworthy.
We are seeking experienced operations leaders to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is a contract, project-based role — consultants are engaged as expert project consultants on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Review operational and management scenarios for realism and business relevance
- Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for organizational and strategic accuracy
- Assess AI outputs for operational reasoning and decision quality
- Recommend improvements to workflows, evaluation criteria, and benchmark outputs
- Identify inefficiencies, risk gaps, or management concerns
- Draft benchmark operational responses when required
- Apply professional judgment to leadership and coordination scenarios
- Follow confidentiality and data-use requirements
Qualifications
- Experience leading operations, business units, or organizational functions
- Strong strategic planning and workflow management expertise
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate complex operational decision-making
Engagement & Location
Location: U.S.-based experts only. Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work. Work type: Remote. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule and provide their own tools.
