Project Overview
We are seeking experienced producers and directors to evaluate creative-production prompts, media workflows, and AI-generated rubrics related to production planning, creative direction, storytelling, and team coordination.
We are seeking experienced operations leaders to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work
Work Type: Remote
Project Summary: Consultants will evaluate business-management prompts, operational workflows, and AI-generated rubrics related to organizational leadership, process management, and strategic operations.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Review media-production prompts for realism and creative quality
- Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for production and storytelling accuracy
- Assess AI outputs for creative reasoning and operational feasibility
- Identify workflow gaps, production risks, or narrative inconsistencies
- Recommend revisions to improve evaluation frameworks
- Draft benchmark production responses where required
- Apply professional judgment to creative-production scenarios
- Follow confidentiality and fictionalized-data guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience in film, television, broadcast, digital media, or live production
- Strong project coordination and storytelling expertise
- Excellent communication and creative-evaluation skills
- Familiarity with production workflows and timelines
