Our GTM Strategy & Operations organization builds the go-to-market engine that connects our solutions with customer needs at scale. As GTM Strategy & Ops Manager for High Value Acquisitions (LMS), you will lead a high impact growth program focused on acquiring and onboarding high potential customers through agency partnerships, targeted outbound, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as advisor to senior sales leaders, design the operating model, and own the roadmap to validate, scale, and operationalize a high touch acquisition motion powered by AI and data.
What You’ll Do
- Own the HVA strategy and operating model: define motion, guardrails, intake/routing, and success measures for a high touch acquisition program that complements scaled motions.
- Lead pilot to scale: stand up a cross-functional pilot; run structured checkpoints; translate learnings into a scale plan and playbooks.
- Partner across functions: collaborate with Sales leadership, Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, Pricing, and Product to source and qualify leads, shape pitches, and orchestrate smooth handoffs to onboarding and account teams.
- Build with an AI-first mindset: leverage AI/automation and advanced analytics to prioritize prospects, streamline workflows, and improve seller productivity.
- Plan and run GTM processes: drive territory design, quota frameworks, headcount planning, and annual/quarterly operating cadences for the HVA motion.
- Instrument the business: design dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, conversion, onboarding quality, and ROI; turn insights into decisions and action.
- Enable and change-manage: create enablement materials, playbooks, and training for sellers; manage change across regions with clarity and speed.
- Communicate with executives: craft crisp updates, business cases, and decision memos to align leaders and unlock resourcing.
