Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco or New York and follows a hybrid work model. We are hiring a Finance Systems & Automation Specialist (Low-Code / No-Code) to design, build, and scale internal applications and automations that improve Finance operations. The role is engineering-leaning and build-heavy, delivering production workflows and apps using Microsoft Power Apps, integrating with enterprise systems (including Oracle ERP), and applying automation and AI patterns to reduce manual work and increase speed and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Low-code/no-code application development using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), maintaining software delivery standards including versioning, environments, and release practices.
  • Automate end-to-end business processes and orchestrate workflows to increase scalability and reliability while minimizing manual intervention.
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP) and manage data accuracy via validation and error handling.
  • Implement AI-enabled automation within low-code solutions while ensuring transparency and control.
  • Own testing, debugging, performance monitoring, tier-2 support, and documentation to facilitate adoption and operational success.
  • Lead discovery sessions, convert requirements into user stories, manage backlog, and deliver iterative solutions with strong governance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Experience with SDLC fundamentals (version control, testing, releases) and converting business requirements into working applications and workflows.

Compensation & Additional Information

Pay range: $125,000 to $202,000. Actual compensation depends on factors unique to each candidate (experience, certifications, location).
