Job Description

As a working student in Content and Training Management, you will play a key role in coordinating and ensuring the smooth execution of our training sessions on various mental health topics.
You will ensure that external trainers and our clients are provided with all necessary information and materials, and that all trainings are correctly uploaded in our Learning Management System.
With your creative skills, you will also promote our trainings effectively through monthly newsletters so our users can find the best opportunities for further education. A dynamic environment where you can fully apply your organizational and creative abilities!

Responsibilities

Coordinate with external trainers to ensure trainers and clients have all necessary information and materials so that trainings run administratively smoothly.
Coordinate and upload all trainings in our Learning Management System.
Support project management for the creation of new trainings and development of appealing and effective training materials.
Promote our trainings by writing monthly newsletters about new training offers so users can find suitable trainings.

Profile

You are enrolled as a student in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources (HR), Business Psychology, Psychology, or a comparable course of study.
You can commit 16-20 hours per week.
You have some practical experience in Learning & Development or Training Management.
You have an eye for detail and a structured, independent working style.
You live in or near Berlin, speak fluent German (native) and English, and have good communication skills.
You are interested in mental health and want to help our users improve their mental health through our trainings.
