Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a demand generation program: You design and implement scalable programs for demand generation, identify targeted growth opportunities, and continuously optimize measures with the help of automation, data analysis, and creative approaches.
Management of paid channels & outbound measures: You are responsible for planning, controlling and optimizing Paid Social, Paid Search, review platform ads and outbound campaigns.
Campaign management and optimization: You develop and manage data-driven campaigns, continuously optimize them and ensure maximum impact.
Performance analysis and reporting: You measure, analyze and report on the most important KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-based decisions.
Proactive collaboration with sales: You work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, improve results and ensure a seamless handover of leads.
You'll be successful with these skills:
Experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing: Minimum of 4 years in a comparable role with proven success.
Performance marketing expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) and Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
Language skills: Fluent in German and English, competent in spoken and written business-level communication.
Project management: Ability to efficiently manage projects, conduct structured data-based experiments and manage budgets purposefully.
Data-driven working style: Analytical thinking and experience in process automation with tools like HubSpot.
Creativity: Development of innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that inspire and convince.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
