Developing and implementing a demand generation program: You design and implement scalable demand generation programs, identify targeted growth opportunities, and continuously optimize measures using automation, data analysis, and creative approaches.

Management of paid channels and outbound measures: You are responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing paid social, paid search, review platform ads, and outbound campaigns.

Campaign management and optimization: You develop and manage data-driven campaigns, continuously optimize them to ensure maximum impact.

Performance analysis and reporting: You measure, analyze and report on key KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Proactive collaboration with sales: You work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, improve results, and ensure seamless lead handover.

Experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing: At least 4 years in a comparable role with proven success.

Performance marketing expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).

Language skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in business-level written and spoken communication.

Project management: Ability to efficiently manage projects, conduct structured data-based experiments, and manage budgets purposefully.

Data-driven working style: Analytical thinking and experience in automating processes with tools like HubSpot.

Creativity: Developing innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that inspire and convince.

Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
