Job Responsibilities
Management of paid channels: Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid social, paid search, and review platform ads.
Campaign management and optimization: Develop and manage data-driven campaigns, continuously optimize them to ensure maximum impact.
Performance analysis and reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on key KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Close coordination with the marketing team: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop cross-channel strategies, leverage synergies, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Proactive collaboration with sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, improve results, and ensure seamless lead handover.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing: Minimum 4 years in a similar role with proven success.
Performance marketing expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
Language skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in both spoken and written business-level communication.
Project management: Ability to manage projects efficiently, conduct structured data-based experiments, and manage budgets effectively.
Data-driven work style: Analytical thinking and experience automating processes with tools like HubSpot.
Creativity: Ability to develop innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that captivate and convince.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
